First Day of Kindergarten Part 1

 "Mom, you aren't allowed to cry until the second day or I won't let you play with my stuffed animals."

On my first day, I told mom that she could drop me off at the door, and I'd be fine. She did, and as far as I could see mom didn't cry too much. When mom came to pick me up, I was really quiet and wouldn't even look at her. School was really scary, and I thought that my teacher, Mrs. Vance was scary, too.

As a pre-kindergarten celebration, mom took me out for the day. We started at my kindergarten assessment, where I got a perfect score and then for a pedicure, haircut, and lunch at grandma's house. An absolute perfect way to spend the day before school.
