I had a great meet! I placed 5th in High Jump with a 3'0" jump, 4th in Long Jump with an 8'2" jump, 5th in the 400 with a time of 1:31.7, and for the second meet in a row, 1st in Shot Put with a throw of 17'1" .

2nd & 3rd Track Meets

CYO Relay Meet. I broke my PR and threw the shot put 19' 7.5". This was 40" better than the 2nd place throw, and would have placed me in the top 30 at Nationals last year! I competed as a relay with Abby Seitz & Abby Kreusch, and we won 1st. The only Team 1st of the day!

 Ready for the Mixed Medley 200-200-400-800. I ran the second 200m and caught up 2 places. We (Abby Kutter, Me, Maddie Keyes, and Maddie Budding) took 2nd place.

 My PR for a long jump, and we placed 5th overall.

CYO Sprint Trials. Even with my heel issues, I set a PR in the 200m (37.89) and placed 10th.

First Track Meet of the Year: Incarnation Invitational

 A last minute run.

 With Abby Kutter. It was freezing!

I placed 8th out of 33 in the 200m (there was less than 1 sec between 4th-12th, and each of us was timed by a different person, so I may have been better than 8th :))  My time was 38.03. I placed 6th in Long jump with 8'1-1/2", and I placed 3rd in Shot Put with a Personal Record of 15'7.5"!
