First Soccer Game

 "Guess who's parents forgot to pick up her uniform. . .it was the same night as school orientation, but. . ."

 "Team huddle."

 "Getting some coaching. . .I'm number 23."

 "Waiting for a ball."

 "Yes, already scolded by a ref."

"I made an assist on our only goal. Final score was 1-5"

Last day of Summer

 "Mom let me play on her iPad."

 "And I got my teeth cleaned."

 "Mom took me to Burger King for lunch."

 "Then I beat her at miniature golf."

 "I got a hole in one!"

 "Mom and I spent more time fishing balls out of the water than playing, but it was fun!"

 We finished the day with ice cream from Friendly's"

 "I couldn't wait to dig in."

 "To top it off, I got to have a sleep-over with my best friend. . .my first one ever."

 "Got my sleeping bag and luggage."

 "We ate pizza & strawberry cake and then played on the trampoline and watched a movie."

"In the morning, we practiced our yoga."

Meeting My Teacher

 "With the "Big Brown Envelope" which had all the information from the school mom & dad had to fill out."

 "Yes, I'm on the class list."

 "My classmates."

 "I'm a shining star."

 "I have my own cubby."

 "And I'm sitting right by my best friend."

 "My desk & classroom."

 "Yes, mom went a bit picture happy."

 "She even got a picture of me with the bathroom passes."

 "Ready to meet my teacher."

 "They had an ice cream social for all the first graders to meet the teachers."

 "Taking my supplies in my new Hello Kitty backpack."

 "My teacher (yes, she is 9 months pregnant. In front of her is my best friend and her mom."

"Brooke & I finding out we had the same teacher."

Mom & Dad's Anniversary

 "I love soccer."

 "Yes, the best part of soccer is the water bottle."

"Dad wrote mom an anniversary note and put it around the house. This was how he proposed long ago."

Mom & Dad had a great anniversary. The air conditioning broke, the toilet overflowed, & I had soccer practice. :)

Festival Weekend
