Northmont XC Invitational--First 5k Competitive Run

Me, Abby Susag, Ally Clifton, Ellie Davis

Mile 1 was looking good, but I wore brank new spikes for this race which was a really bad idea. By the end I was in a lot of pain from the blisters.

XC will be fun they said. . .sure. . .

It was not fun, but I finished 161st/196 in 28:38.4

Our team finished 8th

I was beaten at the end. Issi was helping me out.

Aviator Achievement Award

 

Superintendent Rob O'Leary presenting me an Aviator Achievement award for representing the the school at the USATF National Junior Olympic Championship. These are rare to get, so it was super awesome!

First Week High School Activities

My friends and I went to the first football game. There was a lightening delay at the half, and I called and asked mom to just come get me. Football is super BORING! With my friends: Lacey Bowman, me, Kristen Irwin, Issi Alexander, Ally Clifford (she just started Butler, so we invited her to join us), and Anna Thomas.
