"I went and tried out for the Select Future Lady Aviators basketball team. There were over 20 girls trying out, and only 10 were chosen for the team. The high school coaches came in and did the rankings, and I ranked 3rd and made the team! The comments they had were that I was fast, had a good jump shot, was a good dribbler, and had great defense. Mom & Dad got me basketball shoes and purple & gold carnations to celebrate! I was so super excited!!"
