The Viral Snow Chicken

 So, we got about 7" of perfect packing snow, and mom thinks we need to make a frozen chicken.

 We started carving, and I decided he needed to rock some sunglasses, and "Elvis's inner chicken" emerged.

 On day 2, we made him a nest.

 And colored him with food coloring.

 The best part is the sunglasses are colored with espresso. He smells soo good!

 So, the City of Vandalia asks people to send in photos around Vandalia. The City Manager loved it and put it on the City Facebook page and from there Elvis went viral with thousands of likes and shares across the country. Some of our favorites are below.

After a few days of going viral, a video was made in tribute to our dear Elvis and the video also went viral. It was so awesome to be able to make hundreds of thousands of people smile. :) 

Oh, and Elvis also made the front page of the newspaper!
