Our first big home Invitational with 15 teams and I had a killer good night even in high winds and rain.
This is the anatomy of a PR of 94'1' which placed me 6th out of 25 throwers!
On to shot put.
This is my 30'0" throw which placed me 5th out of 28 throwers!
This was me running in the 4xfat. . .um. . .the 4x100m Ironman where the teams have to be throwers.
We actually ran a 1:04.76 and placed 2nd of the 6 teams that entered. If Ember wasn't so slow, we would have won by a lot! I passed 2 teams on just my 3rd leg.
Our team won the meet for both girls and boys!
