5-Year Check Up

Kyla's 5-year check up went great! We were worried, because this is the year with all the shots for kindergarten. Her doctor told her that if she sucked on a lollipop while she was getting the shots, it wouldn't hurt. We were expecting a meltdown, but she didn't even bat an eye when the nurse gave her shots. She actually giggled a little after, because she got Scooby Doo bandages. We were really proud of what a big girl she was!


Current stats:
Height 43" (65%. . .they are expecting that she'll be about 5'6")
Weight 38.4 lbs (50%. . .she is trying really hard to hit 40lbs to get into the booster seat)
BMI 14.6 (30%)


Aka. . .she is a tall skinny blond. Dad is preparing for battle with the boys.
